Hi, I'm Jennifer Moore, the Australian designer and developer behind Aster & Anne.

Aster & Anne was born from a desire to combine my love of fashion, sewing, fabrics, buttons, ribbons, laces and trims - all types of embellishment, oh! and crystals, a relatively new love.

I have always worked in the textile industry, from manufacturing, wholesale and retail, including overseas buying trips, sourcing fabrics and accessories.

The Luella Clutch was born during one of those trips when I saw a design for a small purse and could see the potential it had to be embellished and come to life.

Having the ability to combine embellishing with felt bags and other accessories has been a dream come true. As a 'craft maker', I know the satisfaction you get when making something with your hands. To see how this can also impact a person's confidence and self-esteem is a real joy. 

From simple appliqué to more advanced embroidery, the kits are designed for everyone, whether in a workshop setting, a school classroom or if you'd like to learn something new. Each kit is simple to put together and comes with accessories.
